NV5 was retained as the Owner’s Project Manager for renovations at a portfolio of 10 hotels across the country, including Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hyatt House, Residence Inn, and Springhill Suites.
Work included entire property interior and exterior renovations; renovations of all guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house spaces; and/or minor property improvement plan (PIP) renovations, including some exterior work and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in guestrooms.
Construction took place simultaneously at all 10 properties while they remained in service and operational throughout the renovations.
