Congratulations to the Salt Lake civil design group for their work on Sagewood at Daybreak.
The project will be named one of Utah Construction & Design’s 2015 Most Outstanding Projects at the UC&D awards event on December 8. NV5 served as the civil engineer under contract to Kisco Senior Living, which was awarded in the category of “Private Over 10 Million.”
According to Rimrock Construction, Sagewood is centrally located in the Daybreak community on a 5.9 acre site within walking distance of SoDa Row, Trax, and the new University of Utah Medical Center. The 235,000 square foot campus features four levels of living options: 99 independent living apartment homes, 55 assisted living apartment homes and two intimate, “households,” each with 23 private accommodations for residents needing more extensive assisted living and memory care.
