NV5 provided Measurement and Verification services to Santa Fe Station following installation and operation of a flat plate heat exchanger used on the chilled water plant.
Multi-regression analyses were performed on site to identified factors of significance which impact the site energy consumption. Outdoor weather conditions have been identified as the most essential factor.
NV5 has helped the client verify annual reduction of energy of 452,360 kWh and secured rebates of $22,618 through an NV Energy rebate program by using the International Performance Measurement and Verification (IPMVP) Option C for whole facilities.
