
A registered professional engineer, Bellows brings 30 years of project management experience for federal, state and locally funded transportation projects. Having recently managed three $100 million interchange and highway widening projects, she will provide program management oversight for several highway planning and design projects in Contra Costa County.
Bellows previously served as a Project Manager with the Alameda County Transportation Authority, where she managed several Measure B capital improvement projects, from the environmental and design phases through construction.
With 37 years of engineering experience, Hollingsworth is a registered professional engineer with expertise in project management, quality assurance and control engineering for road and highway projects. With extensive knowledge of Caltrans’ design requirements, he will provide senior level review and oversight of road and highway design and construction projects.
Prior to joining Nolte, Hollingsworth spent the past 36 years with the Contra Costa County Public Works Department. Most recently serving as the Assistant Public Works Director in the Design Division, he oversaw the design of over 350 road and flood control projects.
