Located in Manassas, VA—convenient to DC and surrounded by shopping centers and many outdoor activities, the GRS group provided Freddie Mac assessment services for two large multifamily properties totaling 2,153 units valued at $220 million.
The first property, valued at $80M, was built in two phases. The welcoming units feature oversized kitchens with granite counters, designer fixtures and finishes. The 332-unit community includes a pool, fitness center, Basketball courts, and a playground.
The second property, valued at over $140M and located in San Jose, CA, was built in seven phases over a 35-year period. The site includes nearly 2,000 units spread throughout 100 buildings on 70+ acres. This property offers six villages with 51 luxurious floor plans within a park-like setting. Each village has its own pool and most have club-style facilities.
GRS provided Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s), Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I), Seismic Risk Assessments (SRA), and Environmental Sampling. This project required GRS’ field professionals to view, photograph, assess, and provide sampling services on over 250 units.
