From feasibility and concept to schematic and detailed design we are ready to join a project at any stage and have extensive experience in seeing the construction administration role through to successful completion.

We like to push boundaries and challenge the norm, we like to innovate and test different options, but ultimately we like to know that the system we’ve specified has the most appropriate balance of cost and quality for the Client’s ambition.
We profoundly uphold our responsibility to design and specify with sustainability in mind and apply the same thought process to every project as appropriate. We consider both the embodied and operational carbon emissions and energy consumption as a key component of system design and specification.
We also provide more specialist services, such as LEED/BREEAM Assessments and renewables studies, as standalone services or in addition to other services.
As part of our value-added service offering, we have in-house LEED APs, and have led LEED assessments on a number of projects alongside our role as T&C consultant and MEP designer.
We therefore have a very strong understanding of the overall LEED process as well as the specific requirements relating to LEED ICA scope and submissions for fundamental, enhanced and envelope commissioning. We are also a member of the USGBC as a commissioning provider. In addition, we also have conducted LEED project of other clients as the LEED consultant.
