NV5 has been providing Phase II (Small) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) compliance support services for the County of Amadorr. The County is a traditional permittee under the Phase II MS4 permit and contracted with NV5 to provide technical support, work products and recommendations to County staff for further development and implementation of the County’s storm water program. To date, NV5 has worked to develop an annual budget and scope of work to ensure the program is within the County’s budget and in compliance with the Phase II MS4 Permit’s requirements. NV5 has also worked with the Regional Water Quality Control Board to update the County’s MS4 jurisdictional boundary on maps submitted in . In 2020, NV5 prepared and submitted the required Annual Report and attachments by the October 15th deadline for the 2019-2020 reporting year.
Additionally, NV5 has coordinated the County’s response to the Regional Board order to submit technical and monitoring reports pursuant to California Water Code Sections 13267 and 13383 regarding Pyrethroid Management. NV5 evaluated costs of implementation for both baseline pyrethroid monitoring and a pyrethroid management plan to aid the County in determining the best course of action for achieving compliance with this order.
