NV5 prepared emission inventory and permit application for the proposed Eagle Rock Aggregates facility in accordance with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) guidelines. NV5 has been carrying out a community-wide air dispersion modeling utilizing AERMOD, as well as risk assessment utilizing California Air Resource Board’s (CARB) Hotspots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) in accordance with local and state guidelines to determine the risk associated with the proposed operations at the Port of Oakland, as part of the CEQA process.
