NV5 was responsible for performing Commissioning Management duties on the base build and fit out infrastructure within this retrofitted industrial building.
Whilst the scope was delivered in a single phase, it was part of an expansion to an existing live system, so we were required to coordinate heavily with the operations team to ensure a successful integration.
The project team’s collaborative effort ensured a successful Integrated System Test and handover within the intended programme.
