NV5 was appointed to undertake a full technical due diligence review of the existing, operational facility, which was to be upgraded, on behalf of our client to facilitate their acquisition.
The facility comprised multiple data halls to be commissioned in phases.
Our review required a particular focus on the following aspects:
- Reviewing the design and assessing the Tier rating for uptime and redundancy
- Comparison of the data centre to other hyperscale facilities in Europe
- Comments on any material gaps in design for data centre use
- Assessment of the PUE and W/sf
