Concourse A Extension

NV5 provided MEP/FP/Telecom engineering design for a $45 million, 35,000 SF extension at Concourse A. This extension includes seven new boarding gates, holdrooms, concessions, and restrooms and is being completed in two phases.

Phase 1 is an 11,600 SF expansion on the Concourse Level, with an approximate 6,000 SF space for MEP and shell space on the Ramp Level. Modifications to the existing central energy plant are also being performed under this project. The central energy plant modifications will provide cooling and heating capacity for the extension. Utility distribution from the central energy plant to the extension area will also be modified as needed.

Work also includes replacing the packaged rooftop units with hydronic air handling units.
