UF’s New Undergraduate Residential Complex (NUR) represents a significant milestone for the University of Florida. This five-building, 413,000-square-foot facility offers a range of residential units, including single, double, and disability-accessible suites, providing accommodation for a total of 1,400 students.
To enhance student life, the complex features a variety of shared indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support social and academic growth, such as lounges, study areas, classrooms, music practice rooms, a maker’s space, a meditation area, and a communal activity lawn.
The project aims to strengthen the University’s community by fostering meaningful connections through a dynamic and diverse array of social and academic experiences.
