NV5 - Zappos Headquarters

Zappos Headquarters

The old Las Vegas City Hall is now the new and improved headquarters for Zappos. The ten-story 300,000 sf building was renovated and consisted of a state-of-the-art cafeteria and kitchen, roof terrace, game rooms, product-specific meeting rooms, coffee shop, yoga studio, gym, and genius bar.

The plaza walls were removed and replaced with minimalist fencing to create a more open feeling. False ceilings were removed to open the space further and data and electrical wires are run in mesh-like troughs along the ceiling. Zappos earned LEED Gold for the new construction and major renovation.

In 2016 Mechanical, Electrical, Audiovisual and Telecom services were provided on the 13,000 sf council chambers remodel. The new space can seat 445 people and is used for company meetings, lectures, TED talks, concerts, theater performances and other special events.
