Greg recently joined the NV5 Building Sciences team. He brings over 30 years of experience in industrial hygiene projects. He managed asbestos, lead and moisture intrusion/indoor air quality projects from site assessment to job budgeting/bidding through design, removal and job completion. His experience includes school renovation projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and Hemet Unified School District (HUSD). Greg managed all asbestos, lead and emergency indoor air quality projects for new tenant improvements for Kimco Realty. He also performed the role of project manager for survey and identification of asbestos, lead, mold and black water hazards in public housing projects.
Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. He has obtained many certifications throughout his career, such as Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and California Department of Public Health Project Designer, Lead Inspector/Assessor & Project Monitor. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and fishing.
