Certifying Sustainable Development

WELL is a performance-based system that measures healthy building performance.  NV5 is one of the world’s first approved WELL Performance Testing Organizations and is authorized to provide independent, third-party verification for building projects pursuing WELL for onsite testing and compliance.  NV5 also provides consulting to meet LEED, Fitwel, Envision, and CHPS building certifications.

NV5’s sustainability group also provides consulting to help clients establish targets and monitor performance of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Technology – artificial intelligence continues to play a role in environments and controls for high performing efficient and healthy buildings.

Climate – many leading companies recognize the need for energy reduction, Renewables and Decarbonization.  Most companies are adjusting their corporate ESG policies to have a Paris Agreement-aligned focus.

Healthy Built Environments –NV5’s CIH (Certified Industrial Hygiene) specialists, environmental engineers, mechanical engineering onsite air treatment options, and other indoor air quality continuous monitoring devices and systems assist clients meet  their health and safety goals for indoor environments.
