Between three new properties in the booming markets of Los Angeles and Denver, this hotel collection totals over 500 new keys opening under the Kimpton hotel flag.

This new 12-story, 164,000 square foot Kimpton boutique hotel adjacent to Denver’s Union Station was created by Continuum Partners, one of the master developers of Denver Union Station. The Union Station redevelopment project opened just two years ago recreating the downtown visitor experience for Denver in a big way.
In order to serve the 27,000 passengers a day that are traveling through the now bustling transit center, the client team wanted to offer a hotel to serve this major visitor artery. As visitors arrive to Denver’s International Airport, they can simply hop on board the A-Line to Union Station, with an easy walk to the HOTEL BORN®. There they will find 200 guestrooms in a four-star boutique hotel, which also includes nearly 14,000 square feet of meeting space for group occasions. The property also boasts two high-end local restaurants with podium-level outdoor spaces, right in the heart of Downtown Denver.

Located in the heart of Hollywood, steps from the iconic Capitol Records Building, this 115,000 square foot new Kimpton boutique hotel, the Everly Hotel, was designed to serve the high profile Hollywood set. Centrally located steps away from the Kodak Theater, home of the Academy Awards, and very closely located to the home of the Grammies, the SAG Awards, and many others, the property rests on the edge of the beautiful Hollywood Hills. The development team wanted the 216-room, 16 story, four-star property opened in time for the upcoming winter awards season, as a result, and NV5 delivered. Once inside you can enjoy the JaneQ restaurant with access from the street level, drinks at the Everbar with an open pool table, or an amazing view of the LA skyline from the 5th Floor Pool and Sun Deck.

The first hotel to open in West Hollywood’s Design District, the La Peer Hotel was designed to fit within the tight surrounding context of the highly regulated Art Deco neighborhood. The property, also a Kimpton boutique hotel, is a 4.5 star development and hosts 105 rooms, one of which is a 1,400 square foot Penthouse Suite. Onsite you can enjoy the Viale dei Romani restaurant, unwind by the courtyard pool, or enjoy a private event at the roof top terrace. This property also provides 965 square feet of meeting space that opens up to the patio bar. Its eclectic blend of classic Art Deco style, merged with modern interiors, highlights custom art work and the highest caliber of furnishings, all procured under the management of NV5’s Program Management team.
