NV5 Providing Owner’s Representation on New AlloSource Facility

AlloSource, one of the premier non-profit tissue networks in the US, selected NV5 as Owner’s Representative for the construction of their new two-story building addition and renovation of their existing space in Centennial, Colorado. AlloSource provides processing and distribution for life-saving and life-enhancing allografts that include bone, skin, and joint grafts. The new building and renovations will add to their primary space needs of laboratories, testing and research, clean rooms, general office space, and freezer storage.

“The construction to expand AlloSource’s existing campus is a project that requires exceptional coordination and the NV5 team’s experience is just what we need to ensure the project stays on budget and schedule for a successful completion,” said Thomas Cycyota, AlloSource President and CEO. “Their management during pre-construction has already proven they were the right choice for AlloSource.”

AlloSource selected NV5 in February as the design of the building was being finalized. Working closely with their leadership, NV5 advised AlloSource on pre-construction aspects of the project and continues to provide construction-related services. “We are thrilled to be a part of a project that has the potential to help so many people for decades to come,” said Joe Culkin, Vice President, NV5. Construction on AlloSource’s new building is expected to be complete in spring 2012, while renovation of the existing facility will be finished in fall 2012.
