AlloSource, located in Centennial, CO, is one of the premier non-profit tissue networks in the US. AlloSource provides processing and distribution for life-saving and life-enhancing allografts that include bone, skin and joint grafts. The new 67,000 square foot building and renovations included dedicated spaces for laboratories, testing and research facilities, clean rooms, general office space and freezer storage.
AlloSource selected NV5 to represent them as the design of the building was being finalized. Working closely with their leadership, NV5 advised AlloSource on pre-construction aspects of the Design/Build project and continues to provide project cost and schedule oversight. In addition, NV5 provides detailed reporting associated with the bond funding mechanism through Colorado Health Facilities Authority (COHFA) and Commerce Bank. Construction on AlloSource’s new building was completed in spring 2012, while renovation of the existing facility will completed by fall 2012.
