
The scope of the project also includes the extension of Fredrick Street to Avenue 51. These street improvements will require right-of-way acquisition and two traffic signal installations. NV5 will provide civil engineering services including boundary survey, topography, site grading, hydrology, on and offsite utilities, offsite street improvements, traffic signalization and construction staking.

The first phase of the project, near the existing water tank, is set to begin construction in July 2012 and be completed by November 2012. The westerly phases are set to begin design in October 2012 and start construction in January 2013 with a completion date of May 2013.
