
The DUSNOB is the first commercial building in the Union Station Redevelopment Project. It is part of a $500 Million multi-modal transportation project that will be home the $35M, class A, LEED Gold office building directly adjacent to the historic Denver Union Station Main Hall. The DUSNOB includes 2.5 levels of subgrade parking, first floor retail space and four levels of office space.
Scheduled completion is August 2013.
