NV5 is providing full construction management and construction staking services for this interchange reconstruction project. Activities include constructing a new pump station, replacing an existing bridge spanning SR 99, and reconstructing SR 219 and associated freeway ramps. The project is being constructed to Stanislaus County Standards with Caltrans oversight. There are four stages of construction to accommodate traffic, numerous utility relocations, and demanding SWPPP challenges, as project runoff flows directly to the Stanislaus River.
