NV5 prepared air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) studies for the construction and operation of proposed facilities in multiple California air districts, including South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD), in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. NV5 also developed the emission inventory and performed air dispersion modeling for pollutants associated with operations to determine the environmental impact and health risks on communities for projects. NV5 then determined the environmental significance of the project in comparison with local, state, and federal thresholds.
