NV5 performed a review of five facilities for a major hospitality client to identify cost effective controls upgrade measures. The five facilities are located in four different states with various levels of controls function, type, and age.
During Phase 1, NV5 visited each property to identify the current state of systems and review the network infrastructure currently in place. Phase 2 included a report detailing findings, recommended upgrades, and measures to keep equipment that was not in need of upgrade.
Design documentation and controls scope of work were provided to allow the client to seek controls vendors to install open protocol control systems to enhance operations into the future.
