NV5 were appointed to undertake full Commissioning Management duties for the systems serving this new build data centre.
Services included:
- Manage and plan comprehensive installation and commissioning work throughout the project.
- Asist in development of commissioning schedule and finalize master schedule.
- Develop equipment list and implement CX software throughout the project.
- Review FAT/FWT script and attend factory test.
- Review SAT script for all services.
- 100% on Site dedicated resources for QA/QC and SAT witness.
- Develop HLT and IST MS and lead & manage the process throughout the test.
- Identify various risk and opportunity to help client decision-making.
- Identify issues on installation & commissioning and provide the recommendation for closure.
- Develop operational procedure (MOP/ EOP/ SOP) for Ops’ operation.
