NV5 was contracted to provide an impartial viewpoint and to assist with correctly assessing and establishing the proper scope of repairs to restore the damaged structure to its pre-loss condition.
This project required:
- Seeking out true market pricing for local building pricing
- Auditing the efficiency of jobsite operations
- Controlling costs by confirming the appropriate equipment and labor was being utilized
- Providing onsite inspections to confirm and facilitate the approval or denial of the general contractor and sub-contractor supplement proposals, invoices, and/or reestimated
NV5 played an active role in negotiating and successfully settling the claim.
