NV5 was appointed to undertake Design Peer Review on the MEP services for this new-build Data Centre in Pune. The facility was designed for a confidential technology giant to meet Tier IV rating as per TIA-942. NV5 supported the Client throughout the project cycle, from the initial concept design stage to complete handover & closeout of Phase 1. NV5 was responsible to drive value engineering workshops and peer review workshops and ensured the Clients basis of design was correctly implemented into the design.
We were subsequently appointed to provide Commissioning Management services for the Data Centre for Phase 1, in line with the global commissioning standards of the tech giant tenant. With strong coordination between the D&B contractor, Data Centre provider and Client, NV5 successfully completed the Integrated System Test to the satisfaction of the Client.
