NV5 was hired as the Owner’s Scheduling Consultant for “The 9,” a residential and commercial complex in downtown Cleveland.
The former Ameritrust complex was restored as a hotel, apartments, offices, and dining and entertainment venues. The Breuer Tower was renovated into a 156-room Metropolitan hotel affiliated with Marriott’s Autograph Collection, as well as a high-end urban luxury residential building with 105 apartments. The adjacent 13-story Swetland Building, also a part of the Ameritrust complex, was transformed into luxury apartments featuring a rooftop bar. The Swetland Building also houses part of Heinen’s supermarket, a wine shop, dining area, and offices. The basement was converted into a nightspot called the Vaults.
