NV5 was retained as the Owner’s Project Manager for the extensive renovation of two high-end condominium buildings and associated retail — The Landmark and The Meridian.
The project included the renovation of 59 condo units with updated finishes and miscellaneous repairs; renovations to the lobby and sales center; design procurement and completion of 48 “white box” units; retail evaluation and site work improvements; and 15+ construction defect remediation projects consisting of major electrical and HVAC components.
