NV5 has deployed Enalytics™, the Monitoring Based Commissioning (MBCx) platform, at the Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall to monitor the recommended and implemented energy efficiency projects using the platform for saving measurement and verification.
To facilitate the implementation of projects and provide technical support, regular reports are generated automatically from the MBCx platform and sent to the Boyd facility management team. All issues identified and rectified were reported the team with quantified energy savings.
Multi-regression analyses were performed on site to identified factors of significance which impact the site energy consumption.
From 2018 to 2020, NV5 helped the client achieve a verified annual reduction of energy of 2,804,950 kWh and secured rebates of $128,444 through an NV Energy rebate program.
