Structural Damage Assessment Following Grill Explosion

NV5 was retained as an expert to determine the extent of damage from an explosion that occurred with a residential gas barbeque grill. Damage from the explosion included detached, displaced, and/or cracked finish components, and bowed and/or cracked wood framing members. In addition to evaluating the extent of the damage from the explosion, NV5 provided repair recommendations to address and remediate the damages caused by the explosion.
