Under a Professional Engineering Design Services Contract, NV5 provided engineering services for 5 years on roadway projects for the City of Gainesville.
One project was the SW 35th Place and SW 23rd Terrace Roundabout project, which consisted of design and construction of a roundabout at the intersection (‘T’ intersection).
Improvements included a traffic median circle with minimal landscaping, construction of a pedestrian sidewalk, and accommodation of bicycle pathways.
