It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Cook on September 8th, 2024. Words cannot capture the depth of our loss. Mary was more than a colleague; she was a dear friend. Her wonderful sense of humor, sharp wit, and infectious laughter brightened our days. We know that those who had the privilege of knowing Mary will share in our mourning.

Many may not know that Mary was a trailblazer in the AV industry, recognized for her significant contributions to the industry and her unwavering support for women in the field. Her induction into SCN’s AV Hall of Fame in 2017 stands as a testament to her remarkable achievements. Mary joined the NV5 Technology group (formerly Sextant Group) in 2012 and recently celebrated her 12-year anniversary with us. The world lost a shining star in Mary. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
